This week we are talking about our personal experiences with depression, including how it affects us running our business. According to Mind, 1 in 4 people in England will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime, while 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (like anxiety and depression) in any given week in England. For many reasons, depression is often a difficult topic to talk about.
Symptom and treatments are commonly misunderstood, too. That’s why we decided to film/record this episode. Every week, we chat about a different topic within the realms of mental health, freelancing and work culture.
