About the client
Vital Fours is owned by Zena Warburton, an amazing systematic kinesiologist based in the North East. Zena works with her clients to locate and deal with imbalances in their bodies, such as chronic illness, emotional upset, anxiety, depression and digestive troubles.
When Zena first approached us, she was moving into a brand new studio. Not only does Zena work directly with clients, but she also delivers training courses to students within the realm of systematic kinesiology and kinetic chain release.
Our approach
It was clear that Vital Fours needed a new website. Before we got started on the design and build, we worked with Zena to write the copy that helped get across the benefits of her discipline.
Systematic kinesiology wasn’t on our radar when we began this project, so we learned all about it as we went. For us, it was vital that any visitor to her website would immediately understand what Zena does and, most importantly, how she can help them.
A swift research phase, which included determining keywords for each page, allowed us to create a site map that would then stand as the foundation for this brand-spankin’ new website.
The challenges
Vital Fours website needed to speak directly to several different types of people. From potential clients with an issue, who may have no idea about systematic kinesiology, all the way through the practising professionals on the hunt for qualifying courses – we had to position the brand in such a way that would appeal to everyone.
In addition, the new website would have an ecommerce element, whereby clients could book onto Zena’s training courses delivered at her new Gosforth studio.
All in all, this was a meaty project (especially for two vegans like us!) and we absolutely loved getting stuck in. We’re over the moon with the result, and it sounds like Zena is too…
